  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We aim to capture our customers' needs through relevant feedback mechanisms and translate them into solutions to improve upon our current systems and day to day operations. We have therefore 24hour phone lines and you will ALWAYS get through to talk to someone. 
  • EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION: We aim to improve employee satisfaction using tools such as our Performance Management programme, communications, training and development and ensuring a safe and enjoyable working environment .
  • PRODUCTIVITY: We employ consistent approach in how we source, recruit, train, motivate and communicate with all staff to ensure the delivery of excellent service to all our customers. Productivity is very important and Management ensure we are running a slick and lean operation.
  • EMPOWERMENT: We empower our staff to be more flexible in meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. We provide on-going service excellence by training to all our staff and holding regular staff and management meetings. Management are very keen for customer feedback as we always want to be the number 1 in what we do!
